As the Sports and Recreation TUT students we can promote the Color Fun Run event through various channels, engage with the internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to increase participation and attendance.
Volunteer Management
Everything in order
We organize and recruit volunteers for the Color Fun Run event, assign role and responsibilities, provide training and coordinate volunteer activities on the day of the event
Course Management and Safety
Safety Guaranteed
This is one of our most popular services available. We help design and map out the race for the Color Fun Run, as well as oversee safety measures such as placing signage, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring the route is properly marked.
Participants registration check-in
Everything in order
We manage participantsregistration, check-in processes, and distributionof race bibs, tickets for the event to ensure smooth and efficient experiencefor attendees. Whenever you work with Thebombsquad, you can trust that you’re in great hands.
Event Operations and Logistics
Equipment safe
We oversee event operations on the day of the Color Fun Run event, manage time systems, coordinate equipment rentals, and troubleshoot any logistical issue that my arise.

We will be providing information and assist the Arts Festival attendees, artists, and vendors throughout the event. Coordinate VIP experience, hospitality areas, and special accommodations for guests and performers.

We as Thebombsquad we will ensure that there's proper medical support, first aid stations, and emergency response protocols are in place. Communicate race rules, safety guidelines, and hydration tips to participants before the event. Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to keep the participants safe during the Color Fun Run.
